This is the most common sense BS question I've seen in my life. If you don't know the answer to this then you shouldn't even TRY to get a license. Any freaking idiot would know this.

I can see why this would be confusing, since you enter the intersection if the light is green, and you want to turn left, but there is oncoming traffic.
