On Q2 when parking uphill with no curb, why if you turned the front wheels to the street is wrong ? If the car roll back, it would roll to the right.
If the front wheels turned to the right,the car would roll back to traffic side?

Correct, it would roll to the right, but since there is no curb it would just continue rolling util the back tires would roll out onto the street. That's why you want to turn the wheels to the right, so the back tires can roll onto the noncurb instead.
