Q 15 when it shows a pic of a car,its hard to tell in the pic on what hes doing,if it was showing a video it wouldve been better to answer,tho it looked like he was just turning left to me tho this was just a guess i had no idea what he was doing

It's a picture of a parked car. The person in the car is not doing anything.

It's his arm. If your lights aren't working, you hold your arm straight up for right turn, straight out for left turn, and down for slowing/stopping.

I agree with guest 30. The driver is merely hanging their arm out the window. However, given the choices available, (A) is the best answer.
