usdriving.net provides free driving-theory (DMV knowledge test) practice questions, cheat sheets, FAQs, and study guides for all 50 US states, for personal, non-commercial study use. No account or sign-up is required.

3. Not Official or Affiliated

usdriving.net is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any US state motor vehicle agency. Practice questions are not a guarantee of passing any official exam. Always confirm current rules with your state's own official driver's handbook.

4. Content Ownership

Practice questions, explanations, and site design are the property of usdriving.net except where otherwise noted (e.g. linked official state driver's manuals, which remain the property of their respective agencies).

5. User Conduct — Prohibited Uses

The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated crawlers to harvest questions, answers, or explanations from this site;
• Circumventing, probing, or attempting to bypass rate limiting or any other access control on this site;
• Reverse-engineering, replicating, or redistributing this site's question bank or API;

Violations may result in automatic IP blocking, and usdriving.net reserves the right to pursue any other remedy available under applicable law, including DMCA takedown requests and legal action.
